DH Engineering was founded in 2026 with a clear goal: deliver first-class quality in aluminium die-casting and machining, and keep improving to meet our customers' changing needs. We're based at A-121, Five Star MIDC, Kagal, Hatkanangale, Kolhapur — a 65,000 sq. ft. RCC facility equipped for the full journey from molten aluminium to finished, machined components.
As a young company, we've invested from day one in current-generation equipment and an independently certified quality system — so customers get modern process capability, consistent quality and responsive lead times without the overheads of a fragmented, multi-vendor supply chain.

Dedicated CNC automatic tool resharpening (drills, end mills, ball-nose & chamfer cutters, 3–22 mm) to keep machining tools at peak performance.

Modern Semi-Automatic HPDC Cell
A current-generation YIZUMI PDC-180 run as a ladle-fed, semi-automatic cell with a dedicated electric holding furnace for consistent melt quality and casting repeatability.
